Installed new furnace and water heater. Absolutely the best service around! Got a quote fast vs others had to wait weeks. Chris really knows his stuff even ran into few thing with the old furnace that weren’t don’t correct by someone else but had no trouble finding a solution and fixing it the right way upon installing the new one. Would highly recommend. Not to mention how great Denise is and made everything easy to setup when calling.

Great service. Called on Tuesday to have boiler cleaned. Came out on Wednesday and ended doing alot more than cleaning. Made sure everything was done correctly as previous company that cleaned it had done a horrible job causing alot of damage to the unit. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an oil company. Chris really knows what he is doing and Denise was great to work with.

I highly recommend them! My oil burner malfunctioned and I needed to replace it immediately. The oil company servicing my home which I have been with over 10 yrs was not able to help me and Chris came out and installed a new burner at a reasonable cost. It was an emergency as it was during the winter time. I was very appreciative of their responsiveness. I have recently switched over to them to also service our burner as the oil company I have a contract with technicians were not doing a good job. They were not alerting me that valves and meters needed replacement. Rusty items were also seen. Looked like they were doing just the basic cleaning and nothing else. A few weeks ago Chris came out and I made a comment that the exterior exhaust vent was creating an awful smoky smell outside. He fixed it as he cleaned my oil burner. The vent needed to be cleaned and adjusting. I was extremely pleased as I thought I would need to spend a lot more to address it. Chris and his son have been in business for decades and are very experienced. I will continue to use them for all my heating maintenance needs and will be switching my oil deliveries to them as well!

After interviewing 6 different companies to replace our furnace we selected C W Knight not because they were the low cost but because they offered a quality unit specific to our needs at a fair price. Local company, quality equipment, personable people, and just plain old great to work with. We are very happy and arm with all the hot water we need. We have no issues recommending them to anyone !!!
